What a way to spend the last week of the term, by having a great trip to Rollin’s strawberry farm.

It was interesting to see the children learn the skill of picking the strawberries – a skill that they quickly mastered. With a quick reminder to only pick the red strawberries and armed with their empty container they were on their way. In no time the children had filled their punnets. It was hard to believe how big the farm strawberries are. The jarjums enjoyed them throughly.

The jarjums were surprised by 2 treats, strawberry ice cream and a choc dipped strawberry. Wow they were delicious.
