Families will be required to provide information regarding the immunisation status of their child upon enrolment. A properly completed Immunisation Record is available from the Medicare website (via your mygov.au account) or alternatively, your doctor should be able to provide a printout of this.
A copy of your child’s Immunisation Record and Birth Certificate MUST be provided before your child can start kindy.
