Children MUST be accompanied by a parent/caregiver or a responsible adult to and from the kindy. For those children on the bus, the parent/caregiver or responsible adult MUST be waiting at the drop-off point at the designated time. Every care is taken to deliver your child, at the pre-arranged time, however it depends on traffic conditions at the time of travel. We will notify you of any changes to the bus routine. PLEASE NOTE: THE USE OF THE BUS IS ONLY OFFERED TO FAMILIES WITHOUT TRANSPORT and WHO LIVE IN THE CATCHMENT.
For those children who are brought to Kindy, parents must be here by 2:35pm to collect your child. Please be sure to bring your child to kindy no later than 9:15am. Being late causes disruptions to the kindy program. When dropping off and picking up your child/children, you must sign them in and out of our care.
Any absences must be notified to the kindy between 7:30am to 8:00am. This can be done by phoning Koobara’s Office on 3265 7171 or the Bus Mobile on 0492 882 297. Alternatively, you can also leave a message on the message bank.
