Dental Health Week focuses on the importance of taking steps to care for your teeth and gums to help you keep your teeth healthy and smile for life.
At Koobara we have been very fortunate to welcome the Better Together Health Van and Deadly smiles team, who gave our jarjums an oral health check and fluoride treatment.
As a take-home gift, the jarjums all received a Better Together drawstring bag full of goodies and a take home toothbrush and toothpaste.
To continue our learning at Kindy, the Deadly Smiles team gifted us some dental resources and a classroom kit of toothbrushes and toothpaste. It is important that we have strong and healthy teeth for a deadly smile.
On the same day, we also had a visit from Uncle Lenny from Hearing Australia who gave us all ear and hearing checks.
