Qualifications: Currently studying a Certificate III Early Childhood Education Care, holds Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma, Child Protection, WH&Safety Training (including Fire Safety), Workplace Bullying, Sexual Harassment in the Workplace & Privacy Certificates.

Meet Rihanna – Our Talented Trainee Educator

At Koobara, we’re proud to nurture a team that brings heart, creativity, and culture into every corner of our learning spaces. One of our shining stars is Rihanna, our trainee educator, whose journey and passion make her a cherished part of our learning community.

Rihanna was born in Cairns and spent many years there, before making her way to Brisbane, where she now calls home. As the youngest member of our team, she brings a fresh perspective and vibrant energy to the classroom, connecting beautifully with our jarjum.

Her natural talent for art is more than just a skill, it’s a gift she shares with the children every day. Rihanna’s deadly artistic flair can be seen throughout the classroom, with her creations co-created with our Jarjum proudly displayed on the walls, inspiring imagination and storytelling.

But it’s not just her creativity that makes her special. Rihanna has a genuine love for learning and is always eager to grow. She feels comfortable and confident working in our service, where her contributions are deeply valued.

Whether she’s guiding the jarjum through a painting activity or learning alongside them, Rihanna is helping our Jarjum to feel a Sense of Belonging, enjoying being in the moment with our Jarjum, and see them becoming strong and deadly.
